Stainless & Sanitary

Sanitary stainless is its own discipline. The weld has to be clean, corrosion-resistant, and able to pass inspection — because in a food, beverage, or hygienic environment, the weld is part of the product.

In short

We fabricate and install food-grade and sanitary stainless steel — TIG-welded ductwork, vessels, shafts, serving lines, and process components — with clean, passivation-ready welds for hygienic and corrosion-sensitive facilities.

Food and beverage, cold storage, and institutional facilities can not afford a weld that harbors bacteria or fails inspection. That is why sanitary work is TIG-welded, back-purged where it counts, and finished to a standard you can wipe down and pass off.

From 66-inch stainless duct and 34-inch fryer ducts to food-grade shafts and full serving-line remodels, we treat stainless as the precision material it is — and we have the weld macros to prove the quality.

Cold-storage stainless, finished ahead of schedule

At a U.S. Cold Storage facility, the start date kept slipping while the completion date held. We got on site, made field adjustments, worked extended hours, and even advanced the mechanical contractor’s scope during our downtime to pull the schedule in.

TIG-welded 66" x 66" stainless duct and 34" fryer ducts — sanitary, food-grade, and finished on time. The MEP foreman was glad we were the crew on it.

How it runs

How we run stainless & sanitary

  1. 01

    Material & finish plan

We confirm alloy, finish, and cleanliness requirements up front so the result matches your hygienic and inspection standards.

  2. 02

    Shop fabrication

We fabricate clean in a controlled shop — TIG-welded, back-purged where required, and dressed to a sanitary finish.

  3. 03

    Field fit & install

We field-fit and install on site, making the adjustments real conditions demand without compromising the finish.

  4. 04

    Finish & verify

We clean, passivation-ready the welds, and verify before closeout so it is ready for service.

Can you fabricate and install, or just one?

Both. We fabricate clean in the shop and field-fit and install on site, including the adjustments real conditions require.

What stainless work have you done?

Cold-storage stainless duct and fryer ducts, food-grade shafts, sanitary vessels and components, and full commercial kitchen serving-line remodels.
