When a customer can not find anyone to make a part to the spec they need, that is our favorite call. We prototype it, dial in the process, and deliver a repeatable run — packaged and on time.
In short
We are a contract manufacturer for parts others can not make: prototyping, production runs and small batches to spec and tolerance, fixtures, and supplier overflow — fabricated, inspected, packaged, palletized, and delivered.
Production work is about repeatability. Anyone can make one. Making 67 identical units in tolerance — and the next 67 — is a process problem, and that is what we solve.
We have taken parts from prototype through a dialed-in process to a full repeatable run, then packaged and delivered them. The result is usually the same: another lifetime customer.

A customer could not find anyone to manufacture a stainless burner to the spec they needed. We took it through prototyping, dialed in the process until everything worked, and then produced a total of 67 units plus additional parts — every one repeatable and within tolerance.
Precision-rolled stainless coils, perforated rings, threaded fittings, TIG-welded seams — then packaged, palletized, and delivered. Another lifetime customer.

Do you do contract manufacturing and production runs?
Yes. We prototype, dial in the process, and produce repeatable runs and small batches to spec and tolerance — then inspect, package, and deliver.
Can you make a part other shops have declined?
That is our specialty. We take parts from prototype through a proven process to a full repeatable run, including parts customers could not get made elsewhere.
Do you take supplier or OEM overflow?
Yes. We provide overflow capacity for suppliers and OEMs and deliver consistent, in-tolerance parts packaged and palletized for use.
What materials do you produce in?
Stainless and carbon steel, including precision-rolled and perforated stainless components and TIG-welded assemblies.
