Plant Services & Maintenance

When a line is down, a window is short, or a critical machine is cracked, you need a crew that shows up, works to the schedule, and gets it back in service. That is the core of what we do.

In short

We provide on-site industrial welding and repair for plants and facilities — emergency structural repair, equipment and machine repair, safety upgrades, and planned shutdown and turnaround support — built around your LOTO, permits, and uptime.

Maintenance and reliability managers do not buy welding. They buy a problem that stays solved and a window that gets hit. When a 4-ton machine is cracking through 2–3 inch structural members, or a shutdown clock is running, the wrong sub costs you far more than the repair.

We assess the failure, bring in engineering when the loads demand it, assign the right welder, and return equipment to service — often inside a tight emergency window. One emergency repair three other welders had turned down became an ongoing service account for us.

Proof

The repair three welders turned down

A Rotator 66 cradle — a 4-ton machine running at 120 RPM — was cracking through structural members 2–3 inches thick. Rotating mass at that scale is a safety problem, not just downtime, and three other welders had passed on it.

We assessed the criticality, brought in engineering to plan the repair around the operating loads, assigned our top welder, and returned it to service inside a two-week emergency window. It became a recurring account by referral.

How it runs

How we run plant services

  1. 01

    Scope walk & safety

We walk the work with you, confirm site safety requirements, permits and lockout/tagout, and define the repair before anyone strikes an arc.

  2. 02

    Plan the repair

For high-consequence failures we bring in engineering to plan the fix around real operating loads — not a guess that fails again in a month.

  3. 03

    Execute in the window

Our top welder runs the repair to procedure, with fire watch and clean hot-work practices, working the hours the schedule demands.

  4. 04

    Return to service

We verify the work, clean the area, document what was done, and hand it back ready to run.
