Metro Atlanta is now the second-largest data-center market in the United States behind Northern Virginia, with the amount of space under construction roughly doubling every six months since mid-2023. The dollars are staggering: Georgia drew more than 40 billion dollars in data-center investment in just the first seven months of 2025, and the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business has cited nearly 50 billion in recently announced projects. Amazon Web Services committed at least 11 billion dollars across Butts and Douglas counties, Microsoft is building out a sprawling QTS-developed campus in Fayetteville plus campuses near Union City and Rome, and giant projects like the 900-megawatt Project Sail carry 17 billion dollar price tags. Builds at that scale lean hard on liquid cooling, and the mechanical scope behind it is exactly our lane: chilled-water and glycol loop piping, closed-loop liquid cooling runs to the cold plates, pump skids, supports, hangers, and structural steel, all of it field-welded and tied in clean. About 250 miles southeast, the Port of Savannah moved roughly 5.7 million container units in 2025 as North America's largest single container terminal and can power 3,800 refrigerated containers at once, more than any U.S. port. That reefer gateway has pulled in nearly 2.4 million square feet of near-port cold storage across about a dozen facilities, including MEDLOG's 291,000-square-foot Rincon plant, and Hyundai's 7.59 billion dollar Metaplant near Savannah keeps the heavy-industrial pipeline full. We are based in Northwest Indiana and Southwest Florida and we travel in as a field welding crew or a mechanical-contractor overflow crew.
